ANKA Real Estate Appraisal and Consultancy was established in Ankara on 01.06.2006 by appraisers who have been serving in the appraisal sector for long years.

Our company is based on International Valuation Standards that is equivalent with service, quality and trust in the sector; with the mission of being an institution that stands out with its neutral-independent attitude and knowledge and experience,; with the vision of quality service by being pioneer in appraisal and reliable directory, using the information and technology correctly-effectively and interpreting term objectively. 

ANKA Real Estate Appraisal and Consultancy Inc. authorized by Capital Markets Board of Turkey for appraisal services in 08.07.2011.

According to the decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Board dated 15.05.2014 and numbered 5841, the Company authorized to serve banks.

ANKA Real Estate Appraisal and Consultancy Inc. is serving in all over Turkey. In line with the demands of its corporate and individual customers, it has become a company preferred for its quality by preparing scientific, confidential, impartial and reliable real estate valuation reports in accordance with national and international standards.

The Company,

  • serves in accordance with the framework of the current legislation and international valuation standards.
  • determines the values of real estates, real estate projects and rights and benefits based on the real estate belonging to all kinds of official, private, real and legal persons and organizations in a certain date, independently and objectively.
  • analyzes qualities, market and environmental conditions affecting the value.
  • on-side monitoring and appraisal of machinery and equipment which are an integral part of real estate
  • provides legal, financial and scientific consultancy regarding real estate and real estate rights.

It continues its activities with a team that has sufficient knowledge and experience in terms of both training and professional experience.

With the Geographic Information Systems infrastructure we have established; our main objectives are providing the service faster but with the same quality; obtaining the data from the correct and reliable sources, analyzing the obtained information by means of professional knowledge and techniques, generating realistic and safe data sets.
